Once you are booked for your appointment a link will be text/ emailed to you to complete Patient forms and consents please complete prior to appointment or arrive 10 min early to complete in office
A copy of your identification will be taken upon arrival.
Please call our office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule. There is a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

At that time, you will have a few moments to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, listen to soothing music, and relax before your provider comes to meet you. We strive to make your first visit one in which we understand you, your skin, and your body. Based on your skincare goals, our team will assist in creating a treatment plan specific to your needs and budget.
