We have a complimentary parking lot behind our building.

Yes. Our parking lot has reserved handicap spaces our building has both elevator and stair access.

Appointments

Soma Medical Spa is open:
Monday: 11am-6pm   Tuesday: 12pm-7pm   Wednesday: 11am-6pm   Thursday: 1pm-7pm Friday: 11am-6pm   Saturday: 10am-4pm   Sunday: Closed

Please note that our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

For your convenience, we offer the following methods to schedule your appointment.

  • Schedule your appointment online
  • Call our office at 818.662.7157
  • Email us at info@somamedspa.com with your preferred date or day of the week and time range, and our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
  • Complete our contact form
  • For first time clients, we require a credit card on file to book your appointment. There is a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Once you are booked for your appointment a link will be text/ emailed to you to complete Patient forms and consents please complete prior to appointment or arrive 10 min early to complete in office

A copy of your identification will be taken upon arrival.

Please call our office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule. There is a $50 fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Financial

Soma Med Spa offers these payment options:

  • Cash, check or credit card at time of service
  • Payment plans – For major treatments, we will work with you to develop a payment plan.
  • Care Credit

We will require payment at the time of service or as specified in your payment plan.

We are pleased to accept CareCredit, a medical credit card that can be used for cosmetic health expenses. For more information, please ask our staff or visit the website at www.CareCredit.com.

Treatments

You will be greeted and our front office team will have you complete some paperwork so that Soma’s team can better help you achieve your skincare goals. At that time, you will have a few moments to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, listen to soothing music, and relax before your provider comes to meet you. We strive to make your first visit one in which we understand you, your skin, and your body. Based on your skincare goals, our team will assist in creating a treatment plan specific to your needs and budget.

Many health conditions are indicated on the skin and can affect cosmetic health, so your medical information is important in deciding how to effectively treat your skin.
